BAN Vlaanderen is the Flanders Business Angels Network. BAN Vlaanderen is the platform where capital seeking entrepreneurs and private investors meet. Next to establishing contact between entrepreneurs and business angels ('matching'), BAN Vlaanderen also informs, trains, educates and prepares the entrepreneurs and business angels and brings business angels together for syndication.

Questra Consulting was part of an experts panel for the 'Groeigazellen' program of BAN. We participated as Digital Expert in the domains of eCommerce, Online Marketing and Digital Analytics to several advice sessions with young, fast-growing, high-potential companies such as Mamzel, XAOP, Farmaline, and many others.

BNP Paribas Fortis is the largest bank in Belgium with more than 3.7 million customers: private individuals, families, youth, self-employed, professionals and entrepreneurs. BNP Paris Fortis helps them manage their finances and guide their projects.

For many years Questra Consulting is providing Digital Analytics and Digital Marketing Services to BNP Paribas Fortis, realising not only a significant increase in online sales but also helping the bank to transition towards a more data-driven, agile organisation. Questra Consulting has implemented a new digital analytics platform (Adobe Marketing Cloud) and a Visual Analytics platform with Tibco Spotfire as Data Visualization and online/offline data from multiple sources (Teradata MDWH, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Selligent Interactive Marketing, ...). In addition, we delivered several data analytics and machine learning projects using SAS, R and Python.

The Belgian ICT company Cegeka is one of the most important hosters of computer systems in Belgium. Other services of Cegeka include the implementation and integration of ICT infrastructures, managed services, outsourcing, end user support, desktop management, application development, technical support and counseling. Cegeka was founded in 1992 and currently employs 1.500 persons.

Questra Consulting was responsible for a major program in the social sector, leading the Cegeka Java Software Factory, a team of 50+ people. Using an agile development methodology based on Scrum, the Software Factory builds digital applications for clients in different sectors using Java technology.

Hello bank! is the first 100% digital mobile bank in Europe. Hello bank! customers use a mobile app on their smartphone or tablet to manage their finances.

Questra Consulting worked with the Hello bank! team to create an Analytics data acquisition strategy as part of the preparation of a successful launch of the mobile bank. Also, Questra Consulting has set up all the analytics, reporting and dashboards to support the launch and customer acquisition strategies. This included automation using SAS, VB and JavaScript of multi-source dashboards to reduce cost of updates.

ING

ING Belgium services all banking customers with a wide range of financial products and via the distribution channel (click, call or face) of their choice. ING services all customer segments: mass retail and Private Banking customers, small and medium sized companies, institutional and large corporates. ING Belgium has a network of almost 800 branches.

Questra Consulting provided strategic advisory services to ING Belgium, when the bank was changing its positioning in the mass retail market to a universal direct bank, combining a strong network of branches with a clear online sales offer. This multichannel business model continues to deliver key results to ING.

Founded in San Francisco by Bavarian immigrant Levi Strauss in 1853, Levi Strauss & Co created the very first pair of jeans. Today, their products, sold under the Levi’s, Dockers, Denizen, and Signature by Levi Strauss & Co brands are loved and trusted by people from all walks of life.

Questra Consulting was responsible for the program management during the implementation of the new pan-European eCommerce platform and mobile app of Levi Strauss – in partnership with Softlution, the website builder. After the go-live of this new platform, Questra Consulting provided additional services in terms of online marketing, digital analytics (dashboards in Adobe Analytics) and search engine optimization.

Mookum

Mookum creates a world of innovative design and lifestyle products that are perfectly tailored to the needs of today’s consumers. Using a 'crowd sourcing’ model, consumers can launch their ideas and needs on the Mookum platform to challenge designers to develop a new product that meets this need.

Acting as a Marketing Coach, Questra Consulting helped Mookum define their initial go-to-market online strategy and executed the online marketing plan.

MyDirectFactory

MyDirectFactory is a social shopping site that brings clients in contact with other clients, and with designers and factories. For their customers, MyDirectFactory searches the most interesting design products and offer these directly to clients, resulting in price reductions of up to 80%.

Questra Consulting provided online strategy advisory services to MyDirectFactory and helped them further evolving their eCommerce platform, resulting in a new and improved webshop design and value proposition.

SIM Belgium’s mission is to promote young entrepreneurial talent in Belgium by offering them support in expanding new and innovative business activities, both in terms of personal assistance as well as financing and management of the company. SIM Belgium participates in start-ups and fast-growing companies in the form of Business Angel / Venture Capital.

As a strategic adviser and digital expert, Questra Consulting helps SIM Belgium with their online-strategy and with the execution of their online marketing plan. In addition, Questra Consulting has set up a multichannel analytics program for SIM Belgium.

Softlution is a leading international full-service partner for eBusiness, Product- and Web Content Management solutions that enable their customers to generate more profits through multiple sales channels and optimized processes.

Questra Consulting was responsible for the delivery and program management of all eCommerce implementation projects at Softlution, leading a team of 50+ people. Questra Consulting also helped Softlution with the setup of a practice for online marketing and digital analytics.
